The agriturism



Agriturism La Cetina, an expansion of the homonym farmhouse, is composed of three lodging houses, for a total of nine accomodations, common areas, swimming pool and garden.
The three lodgings are located on the second and third floor of the house, and two have a supplementary independent entrance from outside. The reception gives access through an internal staircase to the lodgings, and opens to the court, terrace and swimming pool. A small collection of photographic books on the territory of Siena and on the Palio is available in the reading room for our guests.

The terrace and swimming pool are adjacent to the house. Deck chairs, parasols and tables are available for a day of relax or a launch in the open air. Neighbouring the swimming pool is a shady area under two large willow trees.

From the terrace and swimming pool it is possible to access a barbecue area, grass lawns and comfortable trails that cross the farm yards and allow for a walk, footing, biking, or for a picnic the most romantic spots. Depending on the season, it is possible to observe the rich spontaneous spring bloom, to collect chestnuts and mushrooms.

The little village of La Cetina is located in an area of great historical and landscape interest: Castle of Celsa (Km 1), Siena – Monteriggioni – Colle val d’Elsa (Km 15), Florence – Arezzo – Montalcino – S. Gimignano – Volterra – Pienza – Castellina in Chianti and the many other places that make Tuscany unique (Km 20/60).
